1. The States rely on the political parties to assure the candidates are eligible.
 Obama could have never been on the ballot if not eligible. 2. Roger Calero a Foreigner (Nicaraguan) and convicted Felon, was on the ballot in some states for President in 2008.

1. Obama HAS NOT produced a birth certificate. His campaign (not Obama) produced a digital image of a 'short form', computer produced, “Certification of Live Birth”.
 Obama produced his birth certificate. 2. The original image has a blacked out  record number and there was NO seal and NO signature! NO Dr. Name, NO Hospital Name.

6. The Hawaiian Department of Homeland did NOT accept a “Certification of Live Birth” COLB as proof and requires a “Long Form” Birth Certificate.
7. Dozens of lawsuits stem from the fact that he has not produced a proper birth record.
8. Obama has spent approx $TWO MILLION or more in legal fees to hide a $12 certificate!
9. Even YouTuber amateurs have posted How To Fake a HI certification of live birth!

Neither have ever been proven, and even if  TRUE, Obama is NOT constitutionally eligible and here's why:
 Obama is U.S. “Citizen” or “Native Citizen”.  
1. The U.S. Constitution States in Article II Section I: "No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall have not attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States".
2. The "Law of Nations" clearly states that "Natural Born" is of 2 citizen parentS" (plural), Obama's Father was a Kenyan National.
3. Senate resolution 511 regarding Senator John McCain's eligibility stated McCain eligible because his parentS (plural) were U.S. Citizens.
4. Even Wikipedia states that Natural Born is of 2 parentS (plural)

NO proper records have been presented to prove a Hawaiian birth, but the following of Kenyan birth evidence was provided/available.
 Obama was born in Hawaii 1. Obama's Grandmother, Sarah, stated that she was present at Obama's birth in Kenya!
2. Kenya Ambassador Peter Ogego stated that he was going to erect a monument at Obama's birthplace in Kenya.

4. Even on Obama's recent trip African Media said Obama visiting the continent of his birth.

As a Kenyan native, Barack Obama Sr. was a British subject whose citizenship status was governed by The British Nationality Act of 1948.  Obama is eligible. 2. A Natural Born Citizen cannot be governed by any other country.
3. A Natural Born Citizen is born of 2 U.S. CitizenS (plural), Obama's Father was a Kenyan National.
Therefore Obama is not in any way eligible of Office of President, regardless of where he was born.
 
   
Not true, they never answered if he was indeed born in Hawaii, nor the Doctors name, nor the Hospital.
 The State of Hawaii said he was born there. Actually stated was “personally seen and verified that the Hawaii State Department of Health has Sen. Obama’s original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures.” 
Hawaii NEVER answered at which Hospital? or Doctor's name!

1. Again only a digital copy of a supposed microfilm, Where is a good old fashioned hard copy?! You know like most back issues newspapers keep! One of the SAME newspapers, the Honolulu Advertiser has however also stated in an ARTICLE on January 8th of 2006 that Obama was born in Indonesia. So what are we to believe?, This is why we need proper and legitimate proof of place of birth.
 A Hawaiian Newspaper produced a birth announcement 2. No one has ever seen to verify a real copy of that. If true you’d think they'd be selling on Ebay for $Thousands!
3. The supposed microfilm has never been made available for verification.
 
   
1. Actually cases were dismissed on basis of procedural grounds or standing, in those cases it was said the citizens did not have standing.
 The Courts have already ruled that Obama is eligible. 2. Never did any court rule on eligibility 
3. No case has yet been heard on the merits.
4. Obama admitted guilt by not answering the Berg lawsuit.
5. In fact an Obama eligibility case is pending, trial is set for January, 26th 2009 at Federal Court in Santa Anna, CA.
 
   
1. Ambassador Dr. Alan Keyes has standing as a plaintiff as he was on the 2008 Ballots as a 2008 Presidential Candidate!
 Those who think Obama is not legitimate are wacko's or crazy 2. There are over 100 Military plaintiffs in just ONE Pending eligibility lawsuit.

5. Million of others think Obama is not eligible, the facts are clear.
6. Obama must know he is NOT eligible too, as the First Executive Order he made as a usurper POTUS just the day after being sworn in was to stop investigation in to records such as his birth and school records! Executive Order #13489
